This memo is to inform you that on Monday, April 6, 2020, the Board of Regents and the �鶹��ýӳ�� (�鶹��ýӳ�� or “the Department”) made the decision to modify the accountability rules for schools and districts based on a one-year waiver �鶹��ýӳ�� received from the United States Department of Education (USDE) from certain requirements under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
